By accessing or using the OptionsKings platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OptionsKings Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.

OptionsKings Group, LLC provides access to systematic options trading strategies and performance reporting through its Platform. Participation in the Platform may require clients to deposit capital directly with OptionsKings based on the selected participation tier. OptionsKings may allocate and trade deposited capital in accordance with predefined strategy rules and internal risk parameters. Capital allocation levels and participation tiers determine access scope, reporting depth, and analytics visibility within the Platform. These tiers do not represent guaranteed outcomes, fixed returns, or protected capital. Participation requires acceptance of market risk, execution risk, and operational risk. OptionsKings is not a broker-dealer and does not provide personalized investment advice. Participation in the Platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities in any jurisdiction where such offer would be unlawful.

The following fees and charges apply: • Payment Processing Fees: Stripe (2.9% + $0.30), PayPal (2.9% + $0.30), Wise (0.5%) • Free Deposits: Bank Transfer, Zelle, Cash App • Early Withdrawal Fees: 15% (0-30 days), 10% (31-90 days), 5% (91-180 days), 2% (181-365 days) • No withdrawal fees after the 12-month investment term All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice to existing participants.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account information.

IMPORTANT: All trading activity involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. There are no guarantees of profit or performance. Historical performance information, examples, illustrations, and analytics displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and are not indicative of future results. Market conditions, volatility, liquidity, and other factors may materially affect outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. OptionsKings does not make any representations regarding the suitability of participation for any individual. Clients are solely responsible for determining whether participation aligns with their financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance. Users should consult independent financial, legal, or tax professionals before participating. By using the Platform, clients acknowledge and accept that losses may occur, performance may vary significantly over time, and capital is exposed to market risk at all times.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of OptionsKings or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission • Use our trademarks or branding without written consent • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
